Team 17 had a surprise team challenge today. Using newspapers they built towers, each team trying to build the highest. Silver Stars tower won at 220cm. How high is that in metres?
Everyone was having lots of fun and teams worked well together.

ReplyDeleteI have to say that 2.2 meters for this activity is pretty wonderful. We've done something similar with straws but we didn't get higher than a meter so I may well get our students to do this next term and then compare the results with your students. Whoever chose the music for the slideshow did a good job too the frantic music made the task seem very exciting.
