Photo of the Week

We are learning to take digital photos and be eco-artists at the same time. By taking photos of trash around the school we hope people will see how much litter there is.

This week we are focusing on composition. Composition is the way we set up our photo, the angles and colours we choose. A good rule is the rule of thirds, which means we try use two thirds of the photo frame.

This photo is the best of the week, it has good composition, good colour and an interesting photo.

  1. Wow, I have just been reading some of your blogs and I particularly like the work you have been doing with photographs. I love the contrasting & complementary photos. I can see you are thinking about the composition of photos by your evaluations and the photo themselves. Keep up the great work, I look forward to following your progress with your blogs and photos.

  2. I really liked how you found this picture. The dirt in the apple really shows how long that piece of rubbish was there for.
