We were lucky enough to have a visit from Iron Brion, he taught us the importance of a healthy, balanced diet.
After the show we were given hamburgers, they were made of bread buns, beef patties, lettuce and tomato.
Iron Brion taught us what the four food groups were and that everyone needs iron. I enjoyed the show and there were questions about what we had learned. The four food groups were meat and meat alternatives, fruit and vegetables, milk and dairy products, and cereal and bread. By Cara.
