Clean Hands

We were trying to find how much bacteria was on a washed and unwashed thumb. 


You first wash your thumb finger then get the agar plate and put the unwashed thumb on the agar plate and put your washed thumb on the other side of the agar plate. 


Mr Wood took the agar plate to a scientist and he put it in an incubator. It has green spots like grass circles on the agar plate and a little bit big and on the unwashed side because I did not wash it properly for 20 seconds and dry it for 20 seconds. 


You can wash you hands if you are having lunch or something to eat. You wash them for a minute with a lot of soap and after that dry it for 1 minute.
